The Home Depot, is the largest home improvement retailer in the world. With more than 2200 stores across the US, Canada and Mexico and more than 400,000 employees. To accommodate such a larger number of employees, The Home Depot has created MyTHDHR (MyThDHR.com) as it’s associate portal.
This is a short guide on The Home Depot and it’s Human Resource Associate Portal. Instructing Home Depot employees how to access MyTHDHR and providing information about what can be found within – including ‘Your Schedule‘, ‘Home Depot My Apron‘ & ‘Home Depot ESS‘.
MyTHDHR: Your Schedule
By far the most used function on Home Depot’s MyTHDHR is ‘Your Schedule’. This allows employees to view their up coming work schedule.
To access your associate schedule:
- Navigate to MyTHDHR.com
- Click the ‘Your Schedule’ link
- Then at ‘The Home Depot: You Schedule’ page – enter your User ID, Password and the store number that you work at to log in.
After successfully logging in, you will then be directed to view your Home Depot employee schedule.
Home Depot ESS (Employee Self-Service)
The Employee Self-Service (ESS) is Home Depot’s human resource system that allows workers to view and modify their employee information.
The Home Depot ESS login page is easily accessible from a menu link on the MyTHDHR.com homepage but you’ll need your employee user ID and password to log in.
Once you’re signed in however, you’ll have access to:
- View and print tour historical pay and tax statements
- View and change your tax with holdings
- Activate a payroll card
- Change your direct deposit details
- Change your employee personal information (email, address, mobile)
One other of Home Depot’s online employee services is My Apron. Much like MyTHDHR, My Apron provides employee with access to payroll information, work schedules, benefits, tax document and other useful work related personal information. Here employees can even apply for new positions or promotions. However, unfortunately My Apron is a restricted network that can only be accessed from a Home Depot store computer with your employee user ID and password. Meaning, unfortunately you’re unable to bring up Home Depot’s My Apron on your mobile or home computer.
